Supervisor
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our growing team.
Our professional and challenging projects in Scandinavia and Western Europe offer new colleagues the opportunity to grow professionally, lead teams, and contribute to high-quality international projects.
Rotation:
6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Work environment:
Combination of indoor and outdoor work
Net salary:
EUR 3,000–4,500/month
Important:
The salary package is agreed individually, considering the candidate’s qualifications, skills, professional experience, and scope of responsibilities.
Start date:
As soon as possible
Requirements:
Strong English language skills, both spoken and written
English level B2–C1; Russian language skills are preferred
Driving license is considered an advantage
Leadership skills and willingness to make decisions and take responsibility
Experience in a Supervisor position is preferred
Quality and technical knowledge
Skills in maintaining work tools
Excellent communication and conflict management skills
Stress resistance, integrity, and courtesy
Experience managing timesheets
Ability to ensure compliance with OSS and on-site regulations
Documentation management skills
