Our organization has been serving the needs of the Oil and Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Power and other industrial and commercial projects since 2007.

BRIEF HISTORY

• UAB OSS was established in April 2007. The first activities were mounting simple types of steel structures, pipe erection and painting.
• In July 2007 a contract was signed with NAFTOBUDOWA S.A. for a part of the reconstruction works in the AB “Mažeikių nafta” petroleum refinery.
• In April 2008 UAB OSS was bought by new owners who have opened the door to other European markets.
• In July 2008 UAB OSS started working for one of the SICES Group companies in Poland, that involves participation in production of pipes in the client’s workshop.
• In November 2008 a branch office was opened in Gothenburg, Sweden.
• In November 2008 a contract was signed with one of the SICES Group companies for construction works of a new polyethylene plant in Sweden.
• In March 2009 a contract was signed with NAFTOBUDOWA S.A. for welding works in the AB “ORLEN Lietuva” petroleum refinery.
• In December 2010 a contract was signed with SICES HELLAS S.A. for assembly and erection of three boilers.
• In 2010 UAB OSS continually executes repair, maintenace and upgrade works for AB „Biofuture“ ethanol production plant.
